How information submitted to Cavin's Specialized Transport is collected, used, protected, and shared.

Information we collect
When you request a freight quote or contact Cavin's, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, shipment origin and destination, freight details, service needs, timing, notes, and files you choose to attach. The site may also record the referring page, landing page, campaign parameters, click identifiers, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review freight requests, respond to inquiries, coordinate follow-up, maintain lead and customer records, improve the quote process, measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, and operate the client and administrative systems.
Analytics and advertising
The site is prepared to support privacy-conscious measurement through services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta business tools. Those optional services are not treated as active merely because the site is technically ready for them. When enabled, their use must follow the applicable consent settings, platform terms, and privacy controls. Campaign and click identifiers submitted with a quote may be used to understand which marketing source produced the request.
How information is shared
Cavin's may share information with Crest Transportation Inc. within the disclosed contractor relationship, with authorized team members handling the request, and with service providers used for hosting, data storage, communications, security, analytics, or freight operations. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Administrative and client areas use access controls, and integration credentials are handled server-side. No internet service can promise absolute security. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for operational, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes, then removed or de-identified when appropriate.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to operational and legal retention requirements. You can also avoid optional campaign tracking by visiting without advertising parameters or using browser privacy controls.
